Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping of your order is done by a third party. Delays vary between 5 to 10 open days, depending on the destination. We cannot control shipping delays and therefore do not offer any warranty upon them.
Shipping fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer. They may choose to add insurance or not to their order.
Returns and refunds
You have 10 days, from the date of reception, to return a product. It must be in the same state as you received it. You may come directly at the Center or return it by post. Please note that shipping fees for the return are not refundable and must be paid by the customer. Refund of the item, if accepted, will be done with the same mode of payment as with the purchase.
